For People who Explore how they Relate to others

My Small Support Group suits people who wish to explore relationships

This is a small group with the same people every week

- no strangers can drop-in

- we build up an atmosphere of helping each other

Furthermore, being there alongside others means that we can practise life situations in a place where it's OK to get it wrong

- no-one will judge or criticise you

This group takes place in a comfortable room in a church in Mere Street, Diss

We meet on Monday evenings from 7.00pm to 8.30pm to enable people to attend after work

Expressing what we need to

Not only may this group help you feel supported, it also enables us to look at how you express yourself to other people.

For example, we may practice job interviews, we may practice dealing with our neighbours, and we may practice communicating well with our friends and work colleagues.

Getting to the Core of the matter

My training equiped me to work with small groups as a practical way of improving how we behave when others are around us.

My core method is called Psychodrama and it leads quickly to an understanding of our inner process.

On satisfied client described my work recently as 'Learning what makes me tick'.

Mind in Camden

Since 2009, I have facilitated a regular therapy group at Mind in Camden  and this is the model for the Diss group. Over the previous 10 years, many people have benefitted from the Camden group. I travel to London every 2 weeks to do this work and it adds depth to my practice.

Treat yourself to a place alongside others.
