Small Support Group

The Small Support Group will suit people who wish to have therapy by exploring relationships and to experience being supported

This group is waiting for members to join: This will be a small group with the same people every week

- no strangers can drop-in

- we will build up an atmosphere of helping each other

Furthermore, being there alongside others means that we can practise life situations in a place where it's OK to get it wrong

- no-one will judge or criticise you

We have a comfortable room in a church in Mere Street, Diss

We may meet on Monday evenings from 7.00pm to 8.30pm to enable people to attend after work

Expressing What We Need To

Not only may this help you feel supported, it also enables us to look at how weyou express yourself to other people, in job interviews, dealing with our neighbours, and with our friends and work colleagues.

Getting to the Core of the Matter

My training equiped me to work with small groups as a practical way of improving how we behave when others are around us.

My core method is called Psychodrama and it leads quickly to an understanding of our inner process.

One satisfied client described my work recently as 'Learning what makes me tick'.

Mind in Camden

Since 2009, I have facilitated a regular therapy group at Mind in Camden. Over the previous 10 years, many people have benefitted from this group. I travel to London every 2 weeks to work in this group and it adds depth to my practice.

Treat yourself to a place on Monday evenings.

Discuss it with me before you decide what to do. Contact Richard today.
